Who we are

This Date Works is run by NERW Systems LLC, a North Carolina company (we, us).

Using This Date Works

• Anyone with a plan's link can open it and pick days. You don't need an account.
• To make an account, you must be 13 or older, or 16 where the law asks for it.
• Parents and other adults may put children's first names on a plan. Don't add a child's email.
• Keep your sign-in to yourself. You're responsible for what's done with your account.

Invites and emails

• Add only people you know, who expect to hear from you, with an email they gave you.
• We send invites, reminders and It's on! emails for you, with your name on them. You're responsible for who you send them to.
• We limit how many emails each organizer can send, and we pause an organizer's email invites after complaints.
• Links, phone numbers and our own name can't go in plan names or your name.

What you add

What you add stays yours: plan names, names, days, times, places and notes. You let us keep it, show it to the people on the plan, and put it in the plan's emails and calendar entries, only to run This Date Works.

You're responsible for what you add. We may remove anything that breaks these terms.

What's not allowed

• Spam, or inviting people who didn't ask to hear from you.
• Anything unlawful, hateful, threatening or meant to harm someone.
• Pretending to be someone else.
• Using plans to advertise or sell to the people on them.
• Trying to break, overload or get around the site's limits or security, or copying it with automated tools.

Calendars and sign-in

Connecting Google, Outlook or Apple is optional. When you do, their own terms apply too, and you can take our access away at any time. The Privacy page says what we read and keep.

Your account

You can delete your account at any time in Your account. Your saved people, groups and calendar connections are deleted. Plans, names and days stay with their plans until the plans are deleted.

We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.

Paid features

This Date Works is free to use. Signed in, your first 3 plans that other people answer are free. After that, unlimited plans, up to 100 people on a plan, private plans, automatic reminders and 300 emails a day cost $4.99, paid once. There's no subscription.

You see the price before you pay, and nothing is charged without your OK. Stripe takes the payment and emails your receipt. If something's wrong with a purchase, write to support@thisdateworks.com.

The service

We work to keep This Date Works running, but we can't promise it never fails or never loses anything. It's provided as is. Check the date with your group before you book or pay for anything.

We may change, pause or stop features. If we ever stop This Date Works, we'll say so on this site first.

Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for missed plans, lost bookings or other indirect losses. Our total responsibility for anything to do with This Date Works is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, or $50 if that's more.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

If something goes wrong

Tell us first at support@thisdateworks.com, and we'll try to put it right. These terms follow the laws of North Carolina. Any court case goes to the courts there, but either of us can use small claims court.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change matters, we'll say so on the site before it starts. Using This Date Works after that means you accept the new terms.
